Executive Team

Andrea Parks is vice president of finance, directing the accounting and financial planning of the company. Andrea has over 14 years experience in corporate financial management, including accounting, budgeting, financial forecasting and modeling, strategic acquisition, due diligence as well as tax planning. Her experience and skills are important for Enclarity's growth and profitability.

 

Andrea joined Enclarity from Richland Investments LLC, where she was director of financial planning and analysis. There, Andrea directed multi-year budget processes and managed project budgets as well as long-term strategic financial plans. Previously, she held a similar position with Fair Isaac Corporation, supervising financial planning and budgeting for three of the corporation's business units.

 

Before joining Fair Isaac, Andrea held positions as controller with BMC Software and senior auditing supervisor with Arthur Andersen. Andrea's work has involved worldwide responsibility for business unit financial and operations reporting, budgeting and establishment of financial policies and procedures.

 

She holds a B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara.
